What is a Meet & Greet Service?
We offer a private door to door transfer service to and from any airport or cruise port.
If we are taking you to an airport or cruise port, we will pick you up from your home, hotel or business address and take you to the departure gate of your detination airport.
If we are picking you up from an airport or cruise port, we offer a meet and greet service for just £5.
We constantly monitor the flights for a confirmed landing time.
If your flight is due in earlier or later than expected, our driver will meet you at the new, correct landing time.
If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will not dispatch the driver and will wait for further instructions from you.
Our driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall, 10 minutes after the flight has landed. If you would like the driver to meet you earlier or later than the standard 10 minutes, please email us with 12 hours notice using the contact us form, or emailing us direct.
Our driver will use a greeting board to display the name of your choice.
You will receive a courtesy phone call or text from our driver to let you know he has arrived and is waiting.
Our driver will wait for 60 minutes from point of entry.
The car park fee is paid for 1 hour from confirmed landing time (unless otherwise agreed). Further waiting time will incur additional charges.
Our driver will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle.
Our driver will obtain a car park receipt as proof of entry and exit.
We will wait for a maximum of 1 hour (free) and 30 minutes (chargeable) from confirmed landing time. If no contact has been made with the passenger(s) by this time we will deem that you have “NOT SHOWED”. The job will be cancelled and fully charged.
If you require more than 1 hour waiting time, please contact our office to inform us that you will be delayed. Further waiting time and car park charges will incur after your initial 1 hour waiting time has elapsed.
